Please note Meet & Greet Upgrades are only valid in conjunction with a show ticket.
All upgrades are subject to the same age restrictions and terms as your show ticket and must be adhered to. You may be required to provide photographic proof of ID.
All upgrade tickets will be sent as a PDF which must be printed or presented to access the upgrade experience alongside your show ticket.
Details of timings and meeting areas will be released closer to the time of the event.

What time does it start?
You’ll get an email with details nearer the time.
Can I get something signed?
You’ll receive something in your VIP goodie bag, due to venue and time constraints for the show, we’re unable to have anything signed in the VIP.
In the Q&A, can ask Anastacia any question on the day?
Anastacia will not be answering any questions on the day that have not been pre-selected. Please do not to raise your hand or shout out at the Q&A – it will take time away from the Q&A and it’s not fair to other VIP customers. You can send questions ahead of time as per the instructions emailed.
Can I take my own photos?
There will be a dedicated person taking photos and you will receive these, again due to venue and time constraints for the show, we’re unable to extend photos outside of this.
Can I record the meet & greet?
This will be a phone-free Meet & Greet experience. Please do NOT use your phones to take pictures and record during the Meet & Greet experience due to privacy and to keep the experience authentic.
When will I get my photos?
Your photos will be sent to you the following days after the show via email. Please ensure you have given the correct email address in which you wish to receive these photos.
Can someone take my place?
You’ll need to send the name in for the M&G within 24 hours of the event.
When will I get my VIP merchandise?
Your VIP goodie bag will be handed to you by one of our staff members following your photograph. You will also get exclusive access to the merchandise stand prior to doors.
I will be 30 minutes late; can I still attend?
Unfortunately not, again due to venue and time constraints for the show, we cannot accommodate anyone being late.
Will I have time to chat to Anastacia?
This Meet & Greet experience has been split up into sections of the Q&A and photo opportunity to ensure everyone has a fair experience. The Q&A is the opportunity to ask Anastacia questions (given in advance). Due to venue time constraints and to be fair to all customers, you will not have time to chat with Anastacia during the photo opportunity.
I have mobility issues; do I need to do anything?
If you have any mobility needs or concerns, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the production team can accommodate.
Can I bring my carer?
If you need any additional support, please contact us in advance to make us aware of your specific needs to ensure we can accommodate.
